Principals Jim and Valesca Bogard opened Welcome Home

Furniture Rental May 2007. As Northern California’s only furniture rental company catering exclusively to the staging and real estate community, Welcome Home® has supported the staging of thousands of homes throughout the Greater Sacramento region. From ultra contemporary to traditional, we stock the furniture and accessories to create the atmosphere that best suits the sale of your property.
Valesca is a professional stager dedicated to providing the best resources and service to meet the staging needs of our community. A strong design background started in the early years (think building troll villages), extended through the school years - earning a design degree - and has been a part of life's focus since. A few years in the corporate world -business development and corporate training - were followed by getting back into the creative world with the development of a line of high end home decor products. Consistently discovering ways of creatively integrating nature into home environments fulfils V's passion for working within a sustainable, community focused business. Staging was a natural fit and became the passion.
Valesca's dedication to the forward thinking and professional enhancement of the community is a priority. Blending an innate care of nature with a passion for design, color and balance, we have an eye to building our inventory of sustainable products.
